Jurisdiction of Courts (Maritime Conventions) Bill, 1988: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to give the force of law to the International Convention relating to the arrest of seagoing ships and the International Convention on certain rules concerning civil jurisdiction in matters of collision both signed at Brussels on the 10th day of May, 1952, and to provide for matters consequent upon and otherwise related to the matters aforesaid.

I move: "That Second Stage be ordered for Wednesday, 2 November 1988", subject to agreement between the Whips.
