Question:142 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for Energy if he will ensure that the herd of deer in the woods at Dartry, near Rockcorry in County Monaghan are properly fenced in, in order to prevent the herd from roaming the farmland in the area, with a view to preventing outbreaks of TB.
