I move:
That, for the purpose of any Act of the present session to amend and extend the Firearms Acts, 1925 to 1971, to control the availability and possession of offensive weapons and other article and to provide for certain other matters connected with the matters aforesaid (including the extension of the definition of a firearm) it is expedient to make provision for the payment of such fees as may be required by law for firearms certificates in respect of such firearms.
