Vol. 397 No. 7

Written Answers. - Disability Benefit Application.

Bernard Allen

Question:

57 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Defence the reason for the delay in making a decision on an application for disability benefit by a person (details supplied) in Cork; and if the matter will be expedited.

The person in question has applied for a disability pension under the Army Pensions Acts. I expect that a final decision will be made in his case in the very near future.
