I move:
That, to welcome Mr. Nelson Mandela and to mark his visit in a signal manner Mr. Mandela be invited to address Dáil Éireann at a special sitting on Monday, 2 July, 1990; that the proceedings at such special sitting shall consist of a speech by the Ceann Comhairle welcoming Mr. Mandela followed by Mr. Mandela's address and an expression of thanks by the Ceann Comhairle for the address; and that the time of such special sitting shall be 12 noon.
