50 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for the Marine if he will give details of the position regarding fishing rights in the area of Rockall.
Under the Common Fisheries Policy Ireland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Spain have fishing rights in the Rockall area.
In addition a number of third countries, specifically Norway and the Faroe Islands, which have entered into fishery agreements with the Community have limited rights.
