Question:

89 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the number of incidents of reported crime for the past 12 months in respect of counties Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, Roscommon and Leitrim and Dublin city, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that official figures for recorded indictable crime in 1991 and to-date in 1992 are not yet available. Crime figures for 1991 will be published shortly in the Garda Commissioner's Annual Report on Crime.
