Question:179 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Justice if she will be making any provision for opening the Land Registry Office in County Kilkenny; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I have issued instructions to the effect that the Land Registry section of the Circuit Court Office in Kilkenny is to be re-opened to the public as soon as possible.
