My Department did not receive EU aid for technical assistance under the Community Support Framework, 1989-1993.
Under the terms of the EU Global Grant for Local Development technical asistance is available to recipients of those funds. The global grant was negotiated by my Department but is managed by an independent intermediary company Area Development Management Ltd.
