I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application referred to was lodged in the Land Registry on 15 July 1994. A query concerning the application was issued by the Land Registry on 4 August 1994 and a reply was received on 22 August 1994. The application is being processed and is likely to be completed shortly.
