149 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Justice when an instrument number requested from the Land Registry on 24 June 1994, will be provided in view of the fact that the provision of a county council house to a person (details supplied) in Galway is being held up because transfer of titles cannot be completed pending the provision of this instrument. [1489/94]

The registration of LR/4/77/369 was completed on 5/7/79. There are no outstanding queries on this registration. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing referred to would appear to refer to the Land Commission. If a copy of the Vesting Order is required application should be made to the Land Commission, Bishop Street, Dublin 2.
