108 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice the extent to which the remaining difficulties relating to the registration of lands (details supplied) in County Kildare have been resolved; if there are any further obstacles to the completion of this title; if so, the nature of such difficulties; the likely timescale for the completion of all outstanding work on this title; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I indicated in reply to the Deputy in response to his previous Question (No. 45 on 30 June 1994) that a reply to queries from the Land Registry which issued to the applicant's solicitors had not been received. On 12 October 1994 the solicitors' reply was received, but on 20 October 1994 the Land Registry raised further queries with the solicitors to which a response is awaited.
