136 Miss M. Wallace asked the Minister for Justice the plans, if any, she has regarding the refurbishment of the courthouse at Dunshaughlin, County Meath, which is in an appalling condition; the type of refurbishing proposed; the proposed cost of the refurbishing; and if funding has been provided in the 1996 Estimates for the works to be carried out. Consultant architects have been appointed and are currently preparing plans for the refurbishment of Dunshaughlin courthouse. Until the plans are finalised it is not possible to provide full details of the works.
