I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Constitution and Convention of the International Telecommunications Union done at Geneva in 1992 and of the Instrument amending same which was done at Kyoto in 1994, copies of both of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 17th June 1996.
