386 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a leasing consent application will be processed for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the delay is holding up a REP scheme application. [14267/96]
I refer to my reply of 28 May 1996 [10862/96] columns 172 and 173, to the Deputy on this case. A number of legal and other issues require clarification. It is hoped that these will be resolved as soon as possible with a view to having the application processed at an early date.
