Messages have been received from Seanad Éireann stating that it has accepted the Appropriation Bill, 1996, without amendment, and passed the Oireachtas (Miscellaneous Provisions) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Bill, 1996, without amendment.
