278 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if immediate assistance will be given to persons (details supplied) in Dublin 8 whose daughter is very disruptive, threatening, suicidal and psychiatrically ill in view of the fact they cannot get a hospital to give her proper and adequate treatment. I have made inquiries of the Eastern Health Board which is responsible for the provision of services in the Dublin 8 area. The board has informed me that the person in question was admitted to St. Loman's Hospital, Palmerstown, Dublin 20 as an inpatient on 19 February 1999 and is currently receiving appropriate care and treatment.
