I propose to take Questions Nos. 96 and 97 together.

The applicant to whom the Deputy refers was issued with the offer of a sea fishing boat licence, subject to certain conditions, in January 1999.

I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of confirmation all the requirements specified in the letter of offer have been complied with, my Department will deal expeditiously with the application.
