46 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has received the final written report from the consultants appointed to undertake the independent review of the scope for revenue generation from CIE's property portfolio; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25994/99]

The consultants have completed their work and have submitted a draft of their final report to my Department and the Department of Finance for consideration. Once this is completed, they should then be in a position to formally submit their report to me without delay.
