Vol. 520 No. 3

Written Answers. - Services for People with Disabilities.

Dan Neville

Question:

85 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children when funding will be provided by the Mid-Western Health Board to a mini bus operator (details supplied) in County Tipperary to provide travel for a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary to St. Cronan's Workshop in Roscrea, County Tipperary. [15722/00]

Policy, including funding issues, in relation to transportation for trainees with a disability attending workshops is a matter for the relevant health board in the first instance. Consequently, I have forwarded details of the question to the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board for his urgent attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
