185 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Finance if representations have been made to the Revenue Commissioners in relation to a former employee (details supplied) in County Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4555/01]
There is no record of representations from or on behalf of the taxpayer in recent years. The most recent correspondence on the taxpayer's file relates to the 1993-94 tax year. I understand the Revenue Commissioners have been in touch with the Deputy about the matter. If the Deputy can furnish more information, either to my Department or to the personal taxation unit in the office of the Revenue Commissioners, the matter will be investigated further.
