439 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will respond positively to the application by the Mayo Education Centre, Castlebar, County Mayo, for the necessary finance for new computers for the centre. [4882/01]
My Department's post-primary building unit caters for capital funding towards the provision of accommodation, furniture and equipment in respect of education centres. To date my Department's post-primary building unit has not received an application for the provision of replacement computers at this centre. My Department's officials will be in contact with the director in this matter.
