Written Answers. - RAPID Programme.
The RAPID programme seeks to frontload investment into the 25 designated areas during 2002 and 2003 by drawing upon resources already provided for in the National Development Plan 2000-2006. In order to achieve that objective, it is imperative that area implementation plans are completed before the end of this year and hence the need to adhere to the current deadline for submission of plans.
