I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Bovine Diseases (Levies) Regulations 2006,
copies of which were laid in draft before Dáil Éireann on the 1st December, 2006, be referred to the Joint Committee on Agriculture and Food in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 14th December, 2006, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
