I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to outline his position in respect of the M3 at Tara, whether he intends to reverse the decision of his predecessor and whether he or his party had any prior contact with his predecessor before a decision was made to build over the henge at Lismullen.

I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, that the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform report to Dáil Éireann on the steps that have been taken to support Mr. John Gallagher, senior counsel, the eminent legal person appointed to review all of the new evidence relating to the Stardust disaster of 1981, on how much of the agreed funding for the review process has been transferred to date, to indicate when the remainder of this funding will be released and to outline the proposed timetable for carrying out and concluding the review and to indicate the outcome he expects from that review.
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the decision by the Government to opt out of the charter of fundamental rights in the new reform treaty, whether all the Government parties agreed to the opt-out and the reason the Government concealed this important decision from the public.
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Government to immediately halt the plan to co-locate private for-profit hospitals on the grounds of public hospitals as this plan will reinforce the two-tier public-private health system which discriminates against public patients and subsidises the private health business with public money and land.
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Government to order the Health Service Executive to cease forthwith the private hospital co-location scheme and to put in place an alternative plan to deliver the promised 3,000 public hospital beds fully within the public system, with equal access for all based on need alone.
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the privatisation of our public health services through hospital co-location and the outsourcing of services such as cancer screening and cancer treatment to private companies, including multinational health care corporations whose parent companies in the United States have been guilty of defrauding public funds on many occasions.
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Government to halt the centralisation of hospital services, to restore services to local hospitals and to concentrate on the delivery of hospital care as locally as possible through the public system, rather than subsidising the private health business.
Having considered the matters raised, they are not in order under Standing Order 32.
