That Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Social Welfare (Consolidated Claims, Payments and Control) (Amendment) (No. 2) (Qualifying Conditions) Regulations 2023,
a copy of which was laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 3rd April, 2023.
