Copies of a number of statutory instruments signed by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment have been circulated. They are the Organisation of Working Time (Inclusion of Transport Activities) Regulations 2004, SI No. 817/2004; the Organisation of Working Time (Inclusion of Offshore Work) Regulations 2004, SI No. 819/2004 and the European Communities (General Product Safety) Regulations 2004, SI No. 199/2004.
