Apologies have been received from Deputies Seán Connick and Damien English. I welcome a new member of the committee, Deputy Noel O'Flynn, who is Chairman of the ethics committee and also of the working group of committee chairmen. I have also worked with him as Vice Chairman of the Joint Committee on Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, of which he was Chairman. His outstanding knowledge will contribute particularly to today's agenda. I am delighted he is on this committee.
