Apologies have been received from Deputy Darragh O'Brien and Senator Dominic Hannigan. Deputy O'Brien was married recently and we send him our best wishes. I remind members and people in the Visitors' Gallery to ensure their mobile telephones are switched off because they interfere with the sound equipment even if they are on silent mode.
