Messages to Dáil and Seanad.

In accordance with Standing Order 87, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the following motion:

That Dáil Éireann approve the development of a prison in the district electoral division of Kilsallaghan in the County of Fingal, in respect of which copies of documents as specified in section 26(2) of the Prisons Act (No. 10 of 2007) were laid before Dáil Éireann on 14 May 2008.

In accordance with Standing Order 72, the following message will be sent to the Seanad:

The Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the following motion:

That Seanad Éireann approve the development of a prison in the district electoral division of Kilsallaghan in the County of Fingal, in respect of which copies of documents as specified in section 26(2) of the Prisons Act (No. 10 of 2007) were laid before Seanad Éireann on 14 May 2008.

The joint committee adjourned at 4.10 p.m. sine die.
