Vol. 5 No. 9

ACQUISITION OF LANDS (REFERENCE COMMITTEE) BILL, 1925—REPORT.

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

There is a formal Bill on our Agenda, No. 7, and the Minister for Local Government has asked the Seanad as a favour to take that Bill and dispose of it first, inasmuch as it is required for other legislation pending. It is a short Bill, and there is no objection to it. That Bill is the Acquisition of Land (Reference Committee) Bill, 1925.

Standing Orders having been suspended, Bill put through its remaining Stages and passed.
