I move:—

That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Standing Order 85, the Report Stage of the Land Purchase (Guarantee Fund) Bill, 1935 be taken to-day.

There is a tie in this matter but here the procedure is much more easy to decide. It is our constitutional duty to return the Bill to the Dáil by midnight to-night. That being so, there is no other means of dealing with the Bill than the manner proposed by Senator Milroy. I will vote for the motion.
