Central Fund Bill, 1949 ( Certified Money Bill ): Motion for Earlier Signature.

I move:—

That, pursuant to sub-section 2º of Section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, Seanad Eireann concurs with the signature by the President as soon as may be of the Central Fund Bill, 1949.

This motion is to enable the Bill to be signed by the President without the minimum delay of five days, that is, to be signed immediately.

Motion agreed to.
