It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 16, 2, 3 and 4. If Members are agreeable I ask them to order No. 4 on a provisional basis, subject to it suiting the Minister, who will be here for the item immediately preceding it, No. 3. If that should finish and if it suits the Minister I am suggesting we take No. 4.
