I move Motion No. 1:
That Standing Order 45 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business be deleted and the following Standing Order substituted therefor:
"45. A Minister of State or Attorney General who is a member of the Dáil may attend and be heard during the different stages of any Bill or the debate on any other matter."
