Before the Minister speaks, I am sure Members of the House will join me in welcoming a parliamentary delegation from Austria led by Mr. Christian Höbart, chair of the Austria-Ireland friendship group. On my behalf and that of all my colleagues in Seanad Éireann I extend a very warm welcome to them and good wishes for a successful visit to Ireland.
