I move amendment No. 91:

In page 42, line 48, after "and" to insert "approved of by".

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the respective roles of the society and the High Court in relation to the operation of a client account where a solicitor has been appointed to carry on the practice of an incapacitated solicitor. While the society may nominate a person to operate a client account jointly with the appointed solicitor, the amendment provides that the High Court's role is to approve of such nomination.

In page 43, line 31, after "section 32" to insert "or 34".

This is a necessary drafting change as a reference to "personal representative" is also contained in section 34 of the Bill.
