I move amendment No. 138:
In page 77, subsection (4), lines 21 and 22, to delete "any provision of the Solicitors Acts, 1954 to 1994," and substitute "sections 7, 8 and 20 (as respectively substituted by the Solicitors (Amendment) Act, 1994) of the Act of 1960,".
This is technical matter I understand and gives specific reference to the sections of the 1960 Act as substituted by the Bill which provide for the extended definitions of bank, that is sections 7, 8 and 20 as amended by sections 17, 18 and 28 of the Bill.
