22. Deputy James Geoghegan asked the Taoiseach if the interdepartmental group on the Dublin City Taskforce has considered the proposed funding mechanism contained within the Dublin City Taskforce report of lifting the derogation for rates on State buildings. [3465/25]

The Taoiseach

As agreed by Government, the Department of the Taoiseach has convened an Interdepartmental Group (IDG) to examine the Taskforce’s recommendations. The IDG is currently preparing a Report for consideration by Government in due course.
