I propose to take Questions Nos. 443 and 445 together.

The Courts Service may generate statistics related to applications for driving licence restorations but my Department does not. The National Driver Licence Service (NDLS) role in driving licence restorations is simply to amend the expiry date of the disqualification on the National Driver and Vehicle File when instructed to do so.
