Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade his views on the fact that a person's trial (details supplied) has been postponed for the 19th time in view of the fact that the person has been convicted of no crime and his arbitrary detention and participation in a mass trial violates both Egyptian and international law; and if he will raise the case with the Egyptian Foreign Minister, Sameh Hassan Shoukry, when he attends the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Malta in March 2017 to discuss the ongoing situation in Egypt.
