Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will implement the 2008 recommendations of the Labour Court in respect of pension entitlements for community employment scheme supervisors and assistant supervisors; the reason the recommendations have not been implemented; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that strike action is impending; if a high level forum set up to discuss the Labour Court recommendation has not met since December 2017; if he will meet with representatives of the community employment scheme supervisors and assistant supervisors in an effort to avert this strike action; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
