Please include a separate breakdown of these exit surveys for Store Street Garda Station. No personal details are requested, just the number of exit surveys that mention bullying and/or harassment (iv) The number of cases in recent years of civilians or members of An Garda Slochana who were arrested for suspected fraud related to sick notes (v) The related policy and practice within An Garda Siochana for dealing with suspected fraud related to sick leave. Please provide details on the criteria for escalating such a matter from a HR issue to being grounds for an arrestable offence
