Bill Digest: Finance (State Guarantees, International Financial Institution Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2023
The main purpose of the Bill is to enable the Minister for Finance to make contributions on behalf of the State to trust funds and special donor funds established by International Financial Institutions for the purpose of responding to crises.
