Criminal Law Bill 1996 (Bill 17 of 1996)

Bill entitled an Act to abolish all distinctions between felony and misdemeanour and to amend and simplify the law in respect of matters arising from or related to any such distinction, to abolish penal servitude, hard labour, prison divisions and corporal punishment, and to provide for certain other matters connected with the matters aforesaid
