Bill entitled an Act to amend the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Casualties) Act 2000 to provide for an amendment to the composition of the Marine Casualty Investigation Board; to provide for notification of marine casualties to the Board; to provide for notification of marine casualties to the Marine Survey Office; to amend the definition of “Safety Convention” in the Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) Act 1952; and to provide for related matters.
