REPORTS - LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
The SUBSTITUTE MINISTER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT presented his report, and stated that the question of the attitude of Republican Councils to the English Local Government Board was considered by the Ministry since the report was drawn up, and that it was decided to leave the question an open one for the Dáil to consider and determine.
