QUESTIONS. - PROCEDURE.

I suggest, a Chinn Chomhairle, if it meets with approval that in order to facilitate things, the Departmental reports should be read one after another and leave over discussion of them.

Without limiting the time for the discussion of these reports? I think it would facilitate business. It is to be understood that there is to be a separate discussion on each report?

Are we at liberty now to discuss the statement of the President?

Discuss it with the other reports. Copies can be made and sent around.

If it is understood we will be supplied with copies of the President's statement for discussion to-morrow, everybody will agree.

I have no objection to that.
