This Bill, I think, is entirely non-controversial, and as the Dáil will be rising for a fortnight, it might be as well to dispose of it. It is not urgent in any sense. If it were disposed of to-day the Seanad would take it to-morrow, and if there is no opposition I move the suspension of Standing Orders so that the Bill may be taken a further stage.
