I move:—
Chun críche aon Achta a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun leasú do dhéanamh ar an dlí a bhaineann le Coimisiún Talmhan na hEireann agus chun Bórd na gCeanntar gCumhang in Eirinn do scur agus a fheidhmeanna d'aistriú go dtí Coimisiún Talmhan na hEireann agus chun crícheanna eile a bhaineas leis na nithe sin, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas.
(a) Tuarastail no iuach saothair balla, oifigeacha agus fuirinne Choimisiún Talmhan na hEireann;
(b) gach airgead is gá do Choimisiún Talmhan na hEireann chun feidhmithe na gcomhacht agus chun cólíona na ndualgaisí atá á bhfeidhmiú go dtí so ag Bórd na gCeanntar gCumhang;
(c) gach costas eile fé n-a raghfar fén Acht san le cead an Aire um Airgead.
That, for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to the Irish Land Commission, and to dissolve the Congested Districts Board for Ireland, and transfer its functions to the Irish Land Commission, and for other purposes connected therewith, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of—
(a) Teh salaries or remuneration of the members, officers and staff of the Irish Land Commission;
(b) all moneys required by the Irish Land Commission for the exercise of the powers or performance of the duties heretofore exercised by the Congested Districts Board;
(c) all other expenses incurred under such Act with the sanction of the Minister for Finance.
